A Taste of France, Baked Right Next Door
Growing up in France, fresh baking was a daily ritual. After moving here, I quickly realized how hard it was to find the deep, complex flavors of authentic pain au levain, long-fermented sourdough, and rich, pillowy brioche—or even a true French croissant crafted with shattering outer layers, a honeycomb interior, and real cultured butter.
So, I decided to bake them myself. Using hand-picked quality ingredients, patient long fermentation, and multi-day cold lamination, there are no shortcuts or pre-mixes here—just honest, small-batch baking made by your neighbor, straight from our kitchen to yours.
When I’m not at the oven, I bring that same patience and precision to my other passions. You’ll usually find me working on custom woodworking projects, building and flying homebuilt airplanes, hiking deep into the woods with my dogs, or getting happily lost along a riverbank with a fishing rod in hand.
